NEEDHAM, Mass. —Source is a new restaurant in Harvard Square that procures the majority of its menu items from within 100 miles. Executive Chef Brian Kevorkian crafts Neapolitan-style pizza crust from a sourdough starter that he started working on three years ago. Some of the unique pizza pairings they offer are artichoke hearts and crispy shallots on top of a smoked white sauce, buffalo chicken with a creamy blue cheese base and pickled celery root, and the classic cupped pepperoni pizza with a vincotto drizzle.
